finger joint core film faced plywood just has one time hot press also renamed two times pressed ( one cold press plus one time hot press) , and real two times hot press finger joint core film faced plywood now is almost not to be produced ,the minimum substrate thickness of finger joint core plywood is 12mm , its substrature : one layer 1.5mm thickness veneers+12mm finger joint core substrate + one layer 1.5mm thickness veneers, and the whole finger joint core plywood is ≥16mm , its substracture : 2 layers veneers+ finger joint core substrate + 2 layers veneers, so the whole finger joint core plywood thickness is 15.3-20mm
in reusable times : one time hot press > two times hot press , and in view of price and surface flatness: two times hot price > one time hot press, and four sides can be sealed with waterproof paints ( function : beautiful and waterproof ), and the quantity is ≥5*40HQ, the customized logo is free, and the black film paper and black film paper with customized logo has no influences on reusable times , just beautiful function. if the thickness tolerence is ±2mm, also no influencing reusable times , and the surface veneer is usually 1.5mm , and the perfect should be 1.3mm. and finger joint core plywood materials are some recycled wood materials,also no veneer layers as full core film faced plywood , in theory , it can be reused 3- 5 times, and even mistakely leading to sides ' deformation and not gluing , can also be cut edges and then reuse , in view of one used times cost , The cost performance of full core film faced plywood will be higher than that of finger joint core plywood. and the finger joint core plywood are usually the recycled materials of full core film faced plywood. and actual thickness of 17.2mm 17.5 mm 17.8 mm also named 18 mm film faced plywood .
Full Core Shuttering Plywood
Full core film faced plywood can be reused 8- 10 times usually . If you use good glue and good quality veneers, the number of times the board can be used can reach about 20 times.
