 Full Core Shuttering Plywood : The thickness of the surface of the board is insufficient, and the membrane paper on the surface of the board can poke small holes by hand. If there are holes in the second layer of veneer, it will dry out during the repair process, and the surface of the board will be defective. The concave place is filled with wood and glue, sometimes through a hot press machine, hot pressing and cold shrinking, and the board surface will be uneven. The flatness of the second hot pressing board is better than that of the first hot pressing board, because there is an extra layer of sanding process.

The frequency of use of film faced plywood is particularly important, and the specific frequency of use depends on the degree of care of the user. The thickness of the first surface veneer under phenolic inpregnated film paper should be 0.15 mm, the most perfect thickness is 0.13 mm, based on other same conditions, in reusable times: one time hot press's film faced plywood > two times hot press. The more expensive, the stronger the board and the more times it is used. Choose good quality veneers, core materials, and good quality glue, and the board will be used more times

Full core film faced  plywood can be reused  5-20 times ,and finger joint core  film faced plywood can be reused  3-5 times. joint core film faced plywood can be reused   2-3 times ,and green pp plastic  plywood can be reused about 20 times or so , and  and  PP  hollow formwork sheet also can be  replaced  film faced plywood.  the pp  hollow formwork sheet can be also  applied  into construction,  The color of pp hollow formwork sheet is all off-white, three rows of round holes, this is the best quality, the number of uses is 60-100 times, if the middle coating is black core, the surface is off-white, three rows of round holes, the quality is medium , the number of times of use is about 30 times, the color of pp hollow formwork sheet is all black, three rows of round holes, the quality is the worst, the number of times of use is about 20 times
