Product Feature
Process characteristics of film-coated board:
1. Select 5-7 years old eucalyptus logs, which have small stutter and good toughness, and select the whole core veneer during rotary cutting;
2. High-quality pine and eucalyptus full-core first-level core boards are used to assemble blank boards. The layers are clear, the surface is smooth, there is no void in the middle of sawing, and the density is 700kg/m3.
3. The surface coating is phenolic resin glue with strong waterproof performance. The core board is made of ammonium glue (a single layer of glue can reach 0.3KG), and it is glued layer by layer, fully bonded, and the bonding strength is increased by 5-10%.
4. The hot pressing pressure is 120% of the theoretical pressure, and it is forbidden to reduce the pressure to preserve the thickness.
5. After the template is polished, it is covered with a film (secondary molding) to ensure that the template is smooth and easy to demould, reducing plastering operations and improving work efficiency.

Film Faced plywood problems and reasons:
The surface veneers of one time hot press film faced plywood are patching holes with glue and wood powder, because the thickness of the surface veneer is higher than 0.15mm, and there are veneer fragments or other debris entering between the layers;
The billet arrangement is not serious, and overlapping positions appear. After the cavity is repaired, the glue on the board will evaporate part of the glue due to the long time of hot pressing. For problems such as low strength, the main reason is that the quality of the template glue is not high, and the hot-pressing conditions are not well controlled. For example, the hot-pressing temperature is not high enough, the hot-pressing pressure is too little, the glue-pressing time is too short, etc. Such a defect occurs. Then there are bubbling and partial glue opening, mainly because the depressurization process is too fast, the glue pressure time is not enough, and the moisture content of the single template exceeds the standard. During the glue application process, there will be blank spots or inclusions and sticky dirt on the template, or Is the use of pine monolithic formwork the temperature is large and high.
Reasons for delamination of building film-coated panels: 1. It may be that the temperature is low when the template is hot-pressed, and the adhesion of the film paper is not good enough, resulting in delamination.
2. It may also be that the base paper is recycled paper, and the paper itself is not good enough, so the impregnation is not uniform enough when dipping, and there is no penetration, so there is layering. In addition, it is not pressed together during hot pressing. Delamination of membrane paper appeared in the film.
3. It may also be that the glue dipped in the membrane paper itself is not good, which affects the uniformity of the glue adhesion of the paper itself, resulting in layer opening
Reasons for core laminates in building formwork:
1. The workers who arranged the boards did not operate carefully, and did not pay attention to repeatedly placing the dry boards that were not coated with glue;
2. The quality of the veneer materials used is poor, and the whole core board is replaced with broken boards and broken boards;
