The medium density board (MDF) is fully called density fiberboard. It is a board made of wood fiber or other plant fiber as raw materials, prepared by fiber, applied with synthetic resin, and pressed under the conditions of heating and pressure.
Our MDF density: 650 ~ 830kg/cbm. Common size :1220 mm * 2440 mm * 1.8 mm ~ 30 mm and can be customized with customer's specifications.It has the advantages of uniform texture, smooth surface, compact structure, high strength, heat insulation, sound insulation, difficult deformation, and is easy to process and can be used for carving, painting and veneering.
It has a wide range of uses, can be used in furniture manufacturing,interior decoration, doors and windows and various sound equipment shell manufacturing, and is also an ideal material for interior decoration of vehicles and ships.
Application:
Melamine board can used for: wardrobe/closet, kitchen cabinet,office furniture.door,wall decoration.
