Full Core Shuttering Plywood:5-30 mm   one times  hot press(two times pressed), two times  hot press(three times pressed)  . and  it usually can be  reused  8-10 times . Four sides can be painted with  waterproof  paints .  in view of reuse times ,  one time hot press time 's film faced plywood reused more than two times hot pressed 's .  film faced plywood of two times hot press Due to the many times of hot pressing and the hot pressing time, part of the moisture in the glue and the board will volatilize, resulting in a relatively dry board after the second hot pressing, and the board will be brittle and less frequently used.  and the  surface pf two times  hot pressed film faced plywood can be more flat than one times hot pressed . 
 

FingerJoint core plywood :
finger joint core and joint core film faced plywood can be reused 3-5times. now  most and usual  finger joint core  film faced plywood  just has one time hot press also renamed two times  pressed ( one cold press plus one time hot press) , and real two times hot press finger joint core film faced plywood now is almost not to be produced ,the minimum  substrate thickness of finger joint core  plywood  is  12mm , its substracture : one layer 1.5mm thickness veneers+12mm finger joint core substrate + one layer 1.5mm thickness veneers, and  the whole finger joint core plywood is ≥16mm ,  its substracture : 2 layers  veneers+ finger joint core substrate + 2 layers  veneers, so the whole  finger joint core  plywood thickness is 15.3-20mm
